Laura Bankey, Director of Conservation at the National Aquarium in Baltimore, guides us through the Fort McHenry Wetland. This 7-acre protected marsh was created in the 1980's as mitigation for the Fort McHenry Tunnel, and it provides critical habitat for wildlife in this heavily industrialized portion of the Chesapeake Bay. However, trash and debris are a major problem that must be managed through the help of community volunteers. Watch LIVE at http://AllAboutBirds.org/CornellFeeders for news, updates, and more information about the pond and its surroundings. This FeederWatch cam is located in the Treman Bird Feeding Garden at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology. Perched on the edge of both Sapsucker Woods and its 10-acre pond, these feeders attract both forest species like chickadees and woodpeckers as well as some species that prefer open environments near water like Red-winged Blackbirds. The Wild Birds Unlimited store at Sapsucker Woods has been a part of the visitor experience in the Cornell Lab’s Visitor Center ever since the new building opened in 2003. They are the preferred vendor of official Cornell Lab merchandise and offer a dizzying number of feeders, binoculars, and birdwatching-related gear and gifts to ...
*** Change settings to watch in High Resolution*** Brew at Zoo is one of the most important fundraisers that supports the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore. It was held this year over the Memorial Day weekend May 27-28, 2017. We bought tickets for Sunday the 28 because tickets for Saturday were sold out. I had fun enjoying the wildlife, listening to the music, and drinking! I am not much of a beer drinker but by tasting so many beers I finally found some that I like. In this episode I also discuss why I support the zoo and not the circus. Multiple people for the last couple of months have been asking me that question. I've always given a answer but never really went into depth about my reason for supporting but in this episode I did. I hope you guys enjoy the episode, wildlife, music, bee...

Here is my standoff with a mountain lion that happened last summer in Glacier National Park. I did see the abscess when filming it and the first thing I did when I got out of the woods was report it to some rangers. I showed them the video, the abscess and told them the location where it happened. Fortunately it was in a place that was easy enough to remember and the park rangers were on top of it. :) I was carrying bear spray. https://www.facebook.com/FronkeyAdventures/ To use this video in a commercial player or in broadcasts, please email firstname.lastname@example.org Please like, comment and share.
